Collection bulks with materials related to the creation of the park and with correspondence pertaining to Biggs' business and personal affairs, and to the Texas legislature. Of special interest are photographic materials consisting of two 16mm film strips, and 83 high quality black and white prints, an assortment of color slides, and an album of color prints of Guadalupe Mountains National Park.
